To increase the effectiveness of this exercise, lower yourself down slowly during each rep.


How To

  1. Sit on the machine with your hands on the handles and the front of your feet on the footrests so that only the balls of your feet and toes are in contact with them.
  2. Exhale and press through the balls of your feet and toes to raise your legs and the machine up.
  3. Continue until you cannot bring your feet up any further.
  4. Inhale and lower your feet, returning to the starting position.
